I was representing the builder on a new construction build for Luke's buyer. Luke was very professional throughout the transaction. In new construction there is a lot of communication that needs to take place between builder and buyer. Luke responded to all communication quickly. He would even take time to check in and see how progress was going on the build from time to time, and to see if I or the builder needed anything. I appreciated working with a great realtor!

I would not have gotten the house I wanted if it weren’t for Luke’s hard work and preparedness. We bought our house in 2012 where most houses in the area we wanted often had offers the day they were listed on the MLS.
